Language barrier always makes things difficult but lady on reception was very pleasant and helpful. Google translate helps! The dogs didn't need a translator, they don't care you are from, so long as you tickle their tum.

Not a very good experience unfortunately. Staff were not attentive to what we told them, staff serving without uniform - this came later. Conversations between staff as if there was no one else in the restaurant. Food left much to be desired. I was supposed to have a 300g Angus chop.
